Tony Brown followed in his father's footsteps to become a prominent builder in the North Atlanta area. In 1983, Tony graduated from the University of Georgia and began working with his father, Rudy. When Rudy retired in 2000, Tony became the sole owner of the business. Tony’s wife Lisa is also a licensed builder, and their son, Pete, joined the company in June 2015.
Tony has constructed homes in communities such as Laurel Springs, Bethany Oaks, Royal Lakes Golf and Country Club, The Polo Fields, Doublegate, Vickery Springs, The Manor Golf and Country Club, Turnberry, Creekstone Estates, Winchester on The River and Hickory Lakeside. Tony and Lisa are known for providing hands-on supervision and building quality homes at a true value.
Tony is a past President of the Forsyth County chapter of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association and a past member of the Board of Directors for the Homebuilders Association of Georgia. Tony was honored with the Silver Professionalism Award presented by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association for professionalism and excellence in home building. Tony has also been honored with the Forsyth County Builder of the Year designation. He served for ten years on the Executive Committee of the Forsyth Chapter of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association.
Tony is an active member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. He is one of the original builders in the Certified Professional Home Builder program, has participated in the Earthcraft House program, and is licensed to build in the state of Georgia. He is also a past member of the Lanier-Forsyth Rotary Club and the Chamber of Commerce.
Tony, Lisa, Pete and their team are committed to a hands-on approach to building quality homes. This philosophy has earned them an outstanding reputation not only among their homeowners and the real estate community, but also among their peers. This commitment to quality is evidenced not only by ongoing referrals they have received but also in the fact that they have never been to arbitration or sued by a homeowner. As one homeowner stated, "It is a pleasure to do business the old-fashioned way, exceptional quality and promises kept."
